Your room rate's advertised was for 4 hours and not for one night. I need to pay additional RM55 for one night stay at the hotel. I feel been cheated by your confusing advertisement.

Good stay.

Stayed in a triple room it was pretty decent except the room doesn't have any window. Also it was on the 2nd floor and without elevator so it could be tiring if you have elderly staying with you and hassle if you have heavy bags. Excellent location as many restaurants and convenient store in walking distance.

Ok Stay for short layover.

There was no life available, had to climb the steps with the luggage. The hotel room was clean and neat. The shower was good, but the space is bit cramped. Bed was comfortable, check in was easy.

Nice Hotel Close to Town

The service and rooms was good.But we were found difficulty when a person go out and get back to the room need to call the person in the room to open up the access door at the stair case due to the acces on staircase also need the access card to.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Rooms for families at 2nd level (no lift). It is difficult to carry the bag. No assistance from hotel staff. The rooms are small. No marker to the Qiblah direction in the room. Only toast for breakfast. Breakfast in the small lobby. Unfortunately for me because there was no breakfast as promised on that day (even a piece of bread). If you had to stay here, make sure you bring enough toiletries especially soap, Qiblah compass, extra food. Do not expect all of that in Lavenda Senawang if you do not want to be disappointed.
