Room is big and clean but carpets need a little bit of vacuum.
Staff- need more staff in the front desk to assist with check in, only 2 staff available to help with more than 15 guest in line on December 26, 2025.
Kiosk- mobile check in needs improvement, not able to self check in and pick up keys in kiosk when we arrive due to machine not working which cause a long line for guest who also arrived after us and same thing happen the next day.
Fyi, we booked for 1 ultra hip room 2 queen beds but upon arrival, they did not have available room and they assigned us temporarily in a 1 king bed and 1 rollaway bed and the next day, needed to fall in line again to change our assigned room., that is just a lot of time wasted rather than us going out already to explore the place.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, beautiful view, restaurants were great, the pool area was very nice, but we did not try it out. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
