Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. Hotel tem tudo para ser o melhor, e entendo que nem tudo é perfeito, mas passei uma hora na fila para fazer Chekin, e a fila só começou a andar pq um pessoal mandou chamar gerente.
