"Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate"

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel within an easy walk from train station with lots of restaurants and shops surrounding. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice breakfast was included in our booking. Our superior room had an oven and cooktop, but these are not allowed to be used. Fridge was Handy."
