I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Un Patio Santa Cruz. The hotel is full of charm, blending authentic Andalusian character with comfort and cleanliness. The moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. The location could not be better. Tucked away in the enchanting Santa Cruz neighborhood, the hotel is just steps from the cathedral, the Alcázar, and countless beautiful cobblestone streets. It truly feels like staying inside a postcard. My room was cozy, spotless, and quiet, offering the perfect retreat after exploring the city. One of my favorite highlights was the rooftop terrace—an amazing place to relax and take in views of Seville’s rooftops. Overall, Un Patio Santa Cruz exceeded my expectations. It offers exceptional value, genuine hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

The room was small and simple but comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, easy walking to the main sites and charming as well. They don’t serve breakfast but have free coffee in the lobby and there are good breakfast places very close by.

Our room was very clean and cute, and the location can't be beat. Our room on the 1st floor overlooked the alley and tapas restaurant and so was quite noisy until midnight every night (but we are sound sleepers).

The hotel was in a great area for sightseeing and walking around but yet not noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean with sufficient supplies for a short 2 night stay. We had a room for three so it was quite cramped but again sufficient for a short stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I am so glad we stayed here! Perfectly placed next to shopping, restaurants and site. The staff were amazing! Paque was amazing giving us recommendation where to eat and overall being courteous and hospitably welcoming! Her smile was also affectionate! :) Overall the staff was amazing! Thank you!

The place is excellent, many options for restaurants , walking distance to all attractions like Seville Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza de España, , Feria de Avril which was the reason we were there. Our room was nice and clean always. No one in the reception between 11:30 pm and 7:30 am.. that's why when our taxi did not show up at 5am which was booked thru the reception, I sort of panic, cause I did not have the number. I sorted it out. I recommend this hotel for the convenience, cleanliness and their employees.

Major negatives unfortunately-room was tiny and not honestly represented on any of the photos on the Expedia website. Room right by reception desk so everyone entering the hotel passed our door. Room had no window other than on to the stairway so no natural light. Worst thing though was a water pipe going through the room which resulted in noisy gushes of water every time someone on the floors above flushed their toilet or had a shower. I never complain or leave bad reviews but the room should not be a holiday let. It’s only suitable for storage. Positives were that it was clean, staff were really lovely and location was good.

Perfect location in Santa Cruz. Within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants, the Cathedral and Alcazar about 10mins walk. Bus to the airport 12mins walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. City maps available gratis. Coffee served gratis mornings in the foyer. Room smallish but clean. Bathroom a little dated but clean. Only local TV available. Hairdryer given upon request. Luggage can be left in the office upon checkout. Air con a little noisy. Fantastic roof terrace with views of Seville rooftops and Giralda tower. Would recommend and would stay again.
