"Property was clean & tidy. Very spacious but basic rooms. Fridge, but no kettle or tea/coffee tray in the room. Great location to explore Slovenia. Housekeeping was abit much, stayed for 3 nights so didn't really expect our room to be made up each day. Lovely gesture, however there no real need to enter our room on a daily basis (made us feel a little uncomfortable) personally I feel the tags on the door should be used to give an option to ask for housekeeping or do not disturb. "Great sleep. Beautiful clean modern rooms with basic amenities. Access to sauna in hotel and access to the complex spa. Really lucked out with this hotel glad we had time in the morning to really enjoy the hotel. It is about a 5min walk to the main complex spa."

"Allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer, es gab viele Flecken auf den Teppich und den Sofa, das Bettsofa war komplett durchgelegen so das man nicht drauf schlafen kann. Beim Abend Buffet war die Auswahl gering und die Qualität der angebotene Speisen überhaupt nicht gut. Die Therme ist an sich schön im Hotel nur halt nicht warm genug für ein Thermalbecken "
