I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned ...

Your front desk clerk, Isabelle, was phenomenal!!! She was very friendly and helpful! She was easy to talk to and just a lovely person. The breakfast buffet, for $15, was decent, but not a good value. The lady that ran the buffet was so sweet and kind, and very helpful.
