"時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。 しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟に対応してくれたことはとても感謝しています。"

"A lot of noise in the room due to electrical switch(between city electricity and back up source). The switch keep giving sound that is really unpleasant during night. The fridge noise is too high so I switch it off. Breakfast was really poor. No juice, no fruit just an instant coffee and tea bags"
