"The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "

"Property is pretty but unless you only go to Disney itโ€™s really far from everywhere else. The reason why I rated 3 stars because the toilet and room key was a night mare. The young man worked on march 10 was amazing man that helped us with taxi rescue. He tries real hard to communicate with us even though he was struggle with English which we appreciated him very much. He was the only one that made our trip pleasant while in Shanghai. "
