Nice rooms , neighborhood, near park with a lake and excellent breakfast restaurant. WiFi was iffy and difficult to use since it needed a password from an app on the rm TV and everything was in Chinese only.

Too strong cigarette smell in the room, linens and hallway!!!! Hotel is 100% smoke free but most of place has cigarette smell, hotel should charge penalty to those who smokes and should treat throughout to eliminate those smell often!!! Hotel itself is good very nice facilities one of very few hotel with bidet!!! Good size room, luxurious and also decent breakfast. But lack of restaurants within or nearby is minus but overall one of the best value hotel in Shanghai! Please do something with smell immidiately!
