Great value for money. The only thing we were disappointed with was that our room was clearly missing a fridge. If we stayed longer than 2 nights we would have requested to move but for a short stay was fine. Clean, tidy, great location for getting to and from the airport

Everything were good except the airport transfer part. I booked this hotel because it stated it was only 9 mins away from the Pudong Airport and we had an super early flight so I decided to book but when check in time, we were told that the whole journey to airport was 45 mins because they need to pick up other people from there other 2 hotels which I was not told when I asked them about airport transfer couple months back. Other then this, the place is clean and comfy.

Top class and very convenient

The hotel is excellently appointed and the free shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent and can be used to link with the Shanghai Subway during your stay as well as to and from Pudong Airport. Everything was spotlessly clean and, apart from lack of coffee, the kettle and tea tray was also greatly appreciated. The surrounding shops and restaurants gave plenty of scope to feed yourself and the complimentary tea in the reception area was a superb little touch. Very reasonably priced for the standard and what you got. You would do well if you found better value for money.

The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If you’re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Hotel with great and reasonable Price at PVG

The hotel was innovated, it is much better the condition 7 years ago. The shuttle service to PVG was on time. There are so many local restaurants nearby the hotel, some restaurants open 24 hours, so convenient. By the way, the lady with employee number 303 is very friendly and helpful.
