Modern, clean and spacious room. Very convenient location right on Nanjing walking street and only a short walk to the bund. Great breakfast with lots of selection. Magnificent view from the roof top bar. Professional staff and amazing housekeeping staff made us feel so special. I received a tasty cake and a handwritten card when they knew this is my birthday trip! Wonderful staff and a beautiful hotel!

Friendly staff and all very service minded. Location was great and the hotel in general was great. But for this level of hotel, there were some maintenance needed. For example small scratches on white walls, very minor things. But I wouldnt expect to see that in a hotel at this level. But very good stay in general.
