"The hostel is a bit hard to find. The hostel was small but clean and cozy, providing all the key essentials; however, it lacked communication. The hostel failed to respond to my emails and requests for weeks, and when the day came to check in, the passcode to enter the building was still not provided. Thus, this caused a great inconvenience and hassle. Plus, once I checked in, I wanted to use the toilet, and toilet paper was missing. So the maintenance was poor."

"This is a nice place to stay while visiting Mongolia's capital. It has everything a traveler needs with all of the amenities of a typical Japanese-style hotel. Great bathroom and decent TV offerings. Check-in and check-out times are a little late and early, respectively, but this is also (frustratingly) common for Japanese-style accommodations. The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but it was filling for a day of touring the city or taking an excursion. Be forewarned that this hotel...

"ハラホリンにバスで行く前日に宿泊しました。ドラゴンバスターミナルまで徒歩20分ですがスーツケースを転がして行くには歩道が滑らかでないため、ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらうことにしていましたが、当日朝にマネージャーが自ら車を運転してバスターミナルまで無料で送ってくれました。ホテルからは大通りを通る必要が無いため渋滞も無く3分程度で到着しました。バスターミナルはきれいなショッピングモールの１階にあります。市中心部からだと渋滞で2時間余裕を見ておいた方が良いそうなので、ドラゴンバスターミナル利用するならこのホテル利用が最適と思います。遮光カーテンもあり部屋も広く清潔で静か、英語を話すマネージャーがとても親切です。"
