"The property was very easy to find off the freeway. The clerk at the front desk was very polite, welcoming and efficient. I’m glad she was at the front office. The room was very clean although the television didn’t work at all and she moved us to a different room. The breakfast was great- my grandson loved it-plenty to eat!! We will stop there again on our way north."
"The upgrades over the last 3 years since we previously stayed at this hotel are wonderful. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent!!!"
Gaia Hotel & Spa Redding, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff super welcoming when we arrived. Efficient, and helpful!
Room was very good, although we did have a lot of noise from neighboring rooms….entering/leaving late at night & letting door slam. Bouncing on beds above us. We didn’t call the desk to ask for help with this though, and eventually they calmed down. "
"We had such a nice stay! Perfect location, indoor pool was great! What really made this perfect though was the staff at the front! They went above and beyond for us! Shoutout to Melanie and Mia. They made our stay 10/10. So lovely, we will definitely be back!"
"We stayed with my husband and dog for 2 days in this hotel. Everything is good enough. But I give 4 stars because of the maid who broke into the room at the beginning of 10 a.m. I said we are still here, the departure is at 11 a.m. She went out, but after 20 minutes she started knocking on the door. I got up, opened the door and repeated my words earlier. Very strange behavior on the part of the maid in my opinion"
