"Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent. The Pinutts restaurant is actually good and offers a nice dining experience + bar. The pool was also enjoyable, with a great temperature. However, the gym needs significant improvements. The equipment is very outdated, and many machines are out of order. The sauna was also completely non-functional, which was disappointing. The rooms are okay, nothing special. One major issue was the water temperature in the room—it was extremely hot and very difficult to adjust. It was nearly impossible to get cold water, and I even burned myself a few times in the shower. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. "

"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Navii Estates and would recommend it to family, family with kids or anyone who prefers quite and safe neighborhoods, rather than noisy and busy downtown life."
