Reception team is very good, easy and friendly check in and out, great chatting with Klaudia on the check out.
Dinning was slightly different, my starter (hake) was not good, had a smell of ammonia, didn’t eat as it didn’t seem to be in good condition, we didn’t get a check back on the starters and when I told the young waitress that the hake was not good, nobody checked with us and the issue didn’t get acknowledged or a simple apology was made, when I said that it had a ammonia smell and taste the reply was “ok”. My cousin’s main “aubergine” was hard to take of the skin, taste was good just a little under, no biggie there just some feedback. The rest of the meal was good, the chicken main and the desserts were very nice. Table maintenance was a little of hit and miss, at one stage we had 8 glasses on a table of 2 guests, doesn’t matter to be honest we just settled them on the side ledge for the rest of the meal, i hope you don’t take the comments as harsh, just honest feedback that I believe you should be aware of. For the money that you mark your restaurant up, needs a little better care
Again thank you, reception team an absolute credit to your team (everyone we dealt with) and the hotel and facilities were very clean.
