I had a wonderful stay here, from checking in to checking out. Staff were friendly and deficient, the room was beautifully furnished, clean and roomy. It was quiet and restful, despite being in a busy spot. Not my first visit to the Leonardo, and won’t be my last.

Great breakfast . Rooms lovely and comfortable- they had some issues with heating due to very cold weather but sorted it out . Rooms could possibly do with a deep clean as ceiling had a few cobwebs which heating vent highlighted by blowing them around .

Bathroom very clean apart from the shower doors needs a lot of attention to the bottom of the doors very unclean. Friendly welcoming staff Lovely Bar Area Centrally located within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Short walk to Christmas Markets. Close to shops. Car parks close by. Clean hotel and room, very comfy bed and great selection at breakfast including hot items. Ideal location near to the city centre and rail station, or car parking if you drive there. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay at the hotel, really pleased I did. Being really picky, the lift had issues reading cards before you select the floor you want, which was a bit annoying, and my shower wasn't very powerful for hot/warm water (only cold), but I made do, and didn't mean too much, it still wouldn't deter me from booking the hotel again. Overall, a great stay.
