The only downsides are that the hotel is located slightly away from the central shopping area, which may require additional travel time, and the in-room TV does not support HDMI connection, which can be inconvenient for guests who wish to connect their own devices. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind being a little further from the main shopping district."

"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."

"The staff are very helpful and everyone very friendly. Especially Cindy on reception desk and the porter at the front. Always happy to assist and made stay very pleasurable indeed. Buffet breakfast is wide choice for all tastes and consistently well prepared and delicious. Will be staying again. "
