Good location, bed is clean , but they don't change you clean towel if the ones you used gets dirty , they will charge for it. My daughter used a hand towel to clean face makeup powder and cleaning stuff rejected to change a clean one for us next day. My daughter had to wash it with hand soap.

The Chinese like their beds a bit harder, but the room and staff were very nice. I had an issue with the safe and a manager came right up late at night and corrected the issue. Nebraska nice.

Eigentlich ganz nettes Hotel, zentral gelegen

Das Hotel hat sehr komfortable und schöne Zimmer, ein schönes Bad und sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Die Buchung von Expedia inkl. Bezahlung wurde nicht gefunden, obwohl bereits beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen wurde. Rezeption kann kein englisch, obwohl englischsprachige Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind (Frühstück, Bar). Trotzdem zu empfehlen, da der Preis und alles andere gut sind.

Optimale Lage

Es handelt sich um ein Business-Hotel mit optimaler Lage für Sightseeing. Der Kaiserpalast und das Museum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt nur wenig Personal mit denen man sich in englisch verständigen kann. Was uns jedoch störte: Am Sonntag sollte es Frühstück bis um 10.30 Uhr geben, bereits um 10.05 Uhr wurde nicht nur das Buffet abgeräumt, sondern auch der Tisch während wir noch aßen und uns mitgeteilt, das Frühstück wäre jetzt beendet.
