Staff is rude and uninformed. This should be a 3 star hotel. Staff purposefully tried to cheat me out of 1000 yuan deposit. How shameful.

Great hotel in north Shenzhen.

I did like the hotel, really nice and convenient being just outside of one of the most important metro stations in North Shenzhen. I will definitively use it again on my next trip.

The best option for the area. The hotel is a little dated and the food not the best, but the hotel is good on the whole. The staff do try to help, especially if you are a foreigner, they will try to get someone to help who speaks English.

Pretty run down hotel far from everything

It was a bit of a weird stay at a strange hotel. I went for the Japanese room and there is not much Japanese in there for sure. Beds were very hard, it's in the middle of nowhere and I would not stay here again.

Good location, Access to amenities

The location is excellent, the amenities in the surrounding areas are convenient. There are restaurants, bar, lounge, convenient shops, SPA, in room massage, KTV and limited foreign currency exchange on site. Staff is friendly and facilities are clean. Decor and room conditions are good condition. Reasonably priced as in SZ, most hotels are expensive when compared to other cities nearby.

Really enjoyed this hotel

We picked up this hotel because they had a great rate running and were really happy with the service, food, and the room we received. There were many employees who spoke English and their Chinese restaurant was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The only downside was that it was far away from our business meetings so we had long metro rides to get where we were going. Otherwise, we found it a great experience.

Very good hotel, near to a metro station

This is one of the best hotels in which I ever stayed, the room is big, very comfortable, of course very clean, a highlight is the shower which is round, and over the drain are planks of exotic wood. The bathtub is next to a big window to the bedroom. The location is convenient, it's near to a metro station, and although I can imagine that guests of this hotel normally eat somewhere else, and this hotel has an own restaurant, of course, I would like to mention that McDonald's is not far away.

Chinese local hotel, don't expect anything more

The hotel is typical of a "local" Chinese 4star hotel, the rooms are comfortable (firm beds, nice rooms), very convenient location to the MTR and close proximity to the factories I work with (aprox. 20 min. drive) vs staying at a Western chain in Shenzhen which adds an 1 hour drive to your day at a min.. The breakfast is a disaster for a Westerner, lacking anything but pre-fried eggs and an odd assortment of buffet items that is sub-par for a hotel that is supposed to be a "4 star" hotel. If your not a breakfast person this hotel is fine, they do have an 'ok" Japanese restaurant for dinner and the staff does try hard to please. Bottom line, I would recommend it for the location and the comfort, bring your own granola bars for breakfast.
