This was my first stay at MGM Shenzhen. As a new hotel, its facilities are top-notch, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. She took the time to explain the membership benefits in detail and noted down the issues I encountered with my newly registered M Life membership. She was extremely patient and thorough. This will definitely be my first-choice hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen.

我們是興祝結婚周年而入住這間酒店。酒店方面也很貼心给我們心形蛋糕，汽球，天鵝等佈置。露台可以看到無敵海灘及泳池景，真是很美。房内的裝修都算新。唯浴室淋浴間的地台去水很差，而且清潔方面是一般般。私人管家很貼心，每天都update酒店的活動和問候我們。早餐的選擇都很多，也有雪糕，果汁都有五款，算是可以。唯一可惜的是晚上自助只有星期五至日，我們錯過了。酒店私人沙灘更是美，privacy 是夠的。酒店有賺送拍照服務，頭五張是免費的，之後是$80ー張，都算是貴了。酒店附近有地鐵站，小梅沙站（ 尾站） ，但食市不及大梅沙那邊。

酒店正常，但週邊配套不足

酒店新淨，員工服務及態度10分優良，設施亦足夠，唯一美中不足交通不便，附近地盤林立，沒有行人路可行，要在馬路邊步行前往酒店，因此一年內都不能完善。
