"The site is beautiful but the level of service is very low.
We learnt only a few days before checking in that we could not stay 3 nights but only 2 although we had made a reservation through Expedia several weeks before...
We were also very disappointed that horse riding was almost not possible, and that the swimming pool was available only a few hours a day.
The same dinner was served two days in a row.
There is not even a laundry service on site.
All of this is very disappointing regarding...

It's a neat little town. We came for Thanksgiving with new friends and we did the Christmas Crawl down main street where my son proposed to his girlfriend!

We love to take day trips and shop in Sheridan. On a suggestion from a gentleman at Big R, Killy's Irish pub and Smokehouse was excellent for a prime rib dinner. Just down the block from the hotel. Highly recommend eating there.

Every time we drive through Sheridan we comment on how we could see ourselves living there someday. The scenery is beautiful, the outdoor recreation is abundant and it's just all around a cool Wyoming town.

We've been through Sheridan several times and gave stayed there before. Restaurants close early and this trip there was a winter storm and restaurants closed very early without warning.

This is such a great place. Relaxing and the restaurant is amazing too.
"The man at check-in was so friendly - but not over the top weird! Great guy! The woman taking care of the food was SO sweet! She is doing an excellent job! The food was more than I expected with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, and all the other normal stuff at a continental breakfast. The hallways/lobby were quite dingy (they do have a sign up saying they are remodeling but I didn't see much evidence of it) and I was a little nervous what the room would be like, but when we opened the door it was beautiful! So clean and updated and didn't even feel like it belonged to the same hotel! Hands down this place was worth it! And my kids enjoyed the pool (although it would be nice if it was opened at 6am rather than 8am)."
