"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. "今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"We booked the Standard Suite for 3 People and got a nice apartment-like room with 3 double beds and one seperate bedroom. The apartment offered everything you need like a wash machine, air refreshing machine, bluetooth speaker, tv, spare pillows, storage room, a well equipped kitchen and a few more other things. The room was very clean and there is a nicely made instruction manual to help you out with all the various equipment the room offers. Would definetely book again!"
