The room is spacious, and the bathroom is a good size. "It is mainly a tour group hotel than an exclusive five star resort that we had hoped for. It is away from the main city and any restaurants. You need a taxi to go for breakfast and meals. Even the dining option which I we confess did not use is divided into time slots to cater to tour groups and the heavy rush. Room was big and had a balcony and beautiful views. The staff were helpful and explained that nearest place to have food is a forty minute walk hence we skipped breakfast and opted for a brunch in the beautify city centre. The decor appear dated although the website states it had a serious refurbishment, it may be that we were in an older section. Five star choices are limited in Gyeongju as will need to accept it. Nothing special but very manageable for a 2 night stay"

"Great location and a lovely place to stay. Very powerful and hot shower which was nice. The only thing that was somewhat bizarre was you get no big towels to dry yourself after a shower, only a couple of ones about the size and consistency of tea- towels! In over 35 years of travelling, I have never not had proper towels in my room!"

"Great location, very friendly staff and some handy extras - umbrellas to use in torrential rain; postcards, stamps and a postbox; self-service coffee throughout the day and an excellent breakfast. Very good value for money and lovely, spacious and clean room. Cannot fault this hotel in any way and would recommend highly to anyone visiting Gyeongju."
