The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner.

The hotel had an amazing view of the lake, and one of the best onsens and dinner service. Really do recommend others to visit Hotel Fusui!

The onsen water quality was absolutely excellent. The breakfast was delicious and server was courteous and very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, nice bed. The wifi was super fast.
