"Rigid about 3pm check in. No breakfast tea in room only green tea and non available at reception. Advertised happy hour in bar from 5-7pm but we were told they were full so couldn’t have a drink. Very dated bathroom with shower over bath and toilet in same room. No wardrobe for hanging clothes, nowhere comfortable to sit in reception whilst waiting, no drinking water available in common areas."

"Clean room, friendly customer service, room temperature easy to control, excellent internet connection in the room. Takayama station and Nohi bus just a couple of minutes away from the hotel However towels did not smell good, maybe due to the washing powder they used."
