"Helpful staff who even collected us from a very very late train and saved us walking in the dark to our accommodation. The old world charm with modern convenience was a thrill. To be surrounded by carts and buggies outside added to the charm.👍"

Then trying to call, it would go through to a full voicemail box. Had to knock on other doors to figure out what to do as there is no front office or reception. "
