“Bleak. No room telephone. No air conditioning. Hallways carpet not clean. No toilet paper rolls- just kleenex. Super slow elevators. No front desk or reception. Room lacked dresser for clothes or closet to hang stuff. Some hair left on shower and toilet. Unattractive lobby. Weird lighting either full on or dark. A motel 6 at Hilton prices. In sum: disgusting.”

“Everything is fine”

“We have stayed at the Harbour hotel on a number of occasions, as well as many other hotels in the area. The hotel is in a great location, has a pool and spa, and in our opinion is the best hotel in Southampton. That said, the room we were allocated appeared to be an apartment rather than a hotel room. “Lovely room, unfortunately the sofa bed had not been made-up prior to our check-in, however a quick visit to the very helpful Reception soon sorted this, along with an extra cup and towels for the third person. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and pleasant too.”

“We had a one night stay and it was a perfect hotel for this. Check-in was seamless and a lovely room with en-suite facilities was plenty big enough with tea making facilities. Bed was very comfy. I ate in the evening and food was a good quality and staff really helpful. The following morning we asked if an extra person could join us for breakfast and were informed this was no problem and we discussed some food intolerances that they had and once again the staff were really helpful and able to...

“This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton”

“Great family run hotel with very friendly helpful staff!”

“Lovely hotel with loads of parking space. Would highly recommend for families as we thoroughly enjoyed the soft play and swimming areas. Would definitely visit again”
