Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Onsen is amazing, beautiful gardens. Only drawback is that if don't eat at the restaurant not much close by and nothing else at the hotel.

Was a good stay and the in room onsen was a bonus. Breakfast and dinner were great though the dinner menu was very similar over the two nights we dined there. The Fujiya Hotel
The upkeep of the hotel, the attention to detail, and the quality of customer service were superb! It does not get better than this. The level of attention and responsiveness to each of us is as if there are nobody else at the hotel.

This was a great location to stay. The amenities were fantastic and we got lucky and were able to see Fuji-san on our last day. Great private onsen inside the room and wonderful views. Would highly recommend.
