The dinner/breakfast presentations are vast and delicious, the spas are stunning, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It’s an easy train ride from Kyoto/Tokyo and there is a daily shuttle service that you can book with the hotel. This was such a fun and genuine experience. Highly recommend! "

"I like place.it is convient,7/11 and drug store is near.you walk along beach.the air is fresh.the staff is very friendly.the room is clean texcept bathroom,it is clean but they have to clean the molds in the bathroom and there are no slipper in the roon.But the place is very good i will return and recommend to my friends"

"This is a lovely property with the best staff! Just be aware that there aren’t a lot of dinning options. 1-2 nights best. 5 minute walk to the Izu Panorama area where you can take the ropeway to the top of the mountain to have lunch and see a view of Mt. Fuji. "

"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"This ryokan is beautiful and set in a gorgeous area of kakurinbo. It was a trek to get to on foot but it is on Mt. Minobu. A beautiful walk during the day and so much to see. The staff was so helpful with everything and the kaiseki meal is a must experience. "

Our family was amazed from the moment we checked in, room was spacious, clean, amenities were top of the line, decor was serenity with original Japanese beams/doors. "1日2組限定。私たちが宿泊した時は私たちだけだったのかな？とにかく夕方以降は静か。時間を忘れることが出来ました。新しいだけあって全ての設備が綺麗で快適。 一つだけ困ったのはお風呂のシャワーのお湯の設定がわからず、一瞬困ってしまいました。湯船を張るときと設定をボタンで変えなければならない？この部分は日本人の私でさえわからなかったので、一言説明を添えた方がよろしいかと。 でも、トータルでは大満足☆同じ併設のレストランも絶対行った方がいい☆"
