The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and obviously not mopped in some time. The walls has streaks of some substance dripping down. The chair in the room had white “spots” all over it. Again looked like the beds were made and towels stocked.

Room was much smaller than it appeared. The best was not a queen, it was at most a full size. The night attendant didn’t speak English and had to call someone to assist with my checking.

This property is ideally located in central Showlow, close to everything downtown. The value was excellent -- especially on a holiday weekend. Would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are remodeled. They need to be cleaned better dust and bugs on the floor the baseboards need to be dusted. Counter needs to be cleaned seems as if they just made the beds and left

There was no mini fridge in the bathroom to store left overs. The toilet paper was over half gone, and the room itself wasn't very clean, undusted and the baseboards were filthy. Also the towels are very small about hair towel size and just felt very unwelcoming.

Property appears to have had some recent work done; newer flooring, shower stall, etc. However, the work was a little shoddy; light switches were incomplete or broken, flooring had some small gaps. Room was comfortable. Breakfast options were disappointingly limited. A better Quality Inn stay for essentially the same price is in Payson.

Not happy.
Clean yes, but friendly sevice? No. The manager tried to over charge us for having a pet, but did correct it when I told him I would only stay one night instead of the three I booked. Then in the middle of the night my husband used the bathroom and the toilet tank literally broke in half, spilling water everywhere. We shut it off and reported it the next morning, and the manager got maintenance in to fix it, but treated us as if we were the guilty party after that. I have never seen a toilet tank crack like that. I will not stay there again.

We walked in the room it didn’t smell very good. The door didn’t close right, the cold air came through the door. Room was clean. We were just very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it especially not for the price. Other area hotels much nicer for the price.

Nice renovation, super comfy bed
Recently remodeled we were surprised out how nice the room was. It was a little sterile with the white lighting and grey walls but the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve probably ever slept in

Everything was fine except how thin the walls/ceiling were. I could literally hear everything the people above us did. Every foot step and roller bag.
