The room was nice and clean. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment. :-) It is located in center of Sibenik, close to restaurants and not far to groceries shopping or the water. :-)

Highly recommend beautiful and modern apartment

Beautiful modern apartments in the heart of the old town. Great size and facilities and we stayed in the ground floor flat which had a direct door onto the terrace area. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Sibenik

Very nice apartment, cozy with good layout. It is conveniently located in the old town while still being quiet and safe. Lots of dining options close by and grocery stores on the main road. Host was very nice, sent parking options. Overall a great stay!

It's a lovely little studio apartment. Very clean and the color scheme is very cute. It's located right in the middle of Sibenik old town. Every tourist attraction spot is just a couple of minutes away. We loved roaming around the cute, clean streets of Sibenik. So lively even at midnight. But not noisy. So many restaurants and bars and the beach/harbor is just a couple of minutes away as well. So easy for us to get everything and taking boating trips out. The owner is thoughtful and provided us with a list of all the parking spots nearby, and we had towel changes as well. Loved every moment of Sibenik.

Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. It is open to the sky but at the base of a 3 story enclosed space. It is common area, not specific to this apartment. The owner is responsive but not on site. Overall a good place to stay, but a few things to note which may or may not be important to you.

Well-equipped apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Tip: if you are walking from the bus station, choose a route that approaches from the main street (inland.) Going through the old town involves a lot of stairs.

There are 4 apartments, one on each floor. Ground floor has direct access to shared courtyard. Top floor is the most spacious one. Apartments are on the edge of old town. Short walking distance to everything. Apartments are clean, updated, have kitchenette with kitchenware . Easy communication with the manager.

Clean, quiet, newly refurbished, complete small kitchen, in the middle of Old Town on a quiet pedestrian street. Only downsides: 1. The owner only accepts cash euros and ATMs in Croatia charge an exorbitant 15%, and 2. The owner is not on premises and sent an email with entry code on our day of arrival, which we did not receive because we did not have data or WiFi that day. Had a bystander call the number on the door and he arrived promptly.

Beautiful apartment with kitchenette. Brand new inside but still has old world charm. Had enough utensils for light cooking including microwave, fridge and stovetop. Communication was very prompt. I had zero issues getting into the apartment. There’s a code lock for the door which meant I could check in at any time and didn’t have to wait for anyone. Perfect location - in old town, 5 minute walk to bus station and 10 to ferries. Grocery store was 3 minutes away. Extremely clean. Wifi worked well. The owner and staff immmediately alerted me that I had forgotten some items so I was able to get them before I left the city - thank you! Highly recommend. The one thing I will mention is that there are stairs and no elevator and the stairs were very narrow. Not an issue for me, but if you have mobility challenges and wide/large suitcases you may want to ask for the apartments in the bottom for next floor io and not the top level.

In centrum Sibenik

Het appartement lijkt redelijk nieuw. Mooi gedaan, hoewel het wel kleiner is dan op de foto's. Het ligt in de oude kern van Sibenik. Parkeren in parkeergarage 5 min verderop. Enkel communicatie via berichten, geen persoonlijk contact. Hoewel het niet koud was, vonden we het gek dat er geen dekbed of deken aanwezig was, alleen een overtrek.
