“The place has beautiful gardens.We rented two rooms and stayed for one night — and how lucky we were that it was only for one night! The rooms were dark and poorly ventilated, with a musty smell. In Room 16, where my husband and I stayed, the shower didn’t drain properly, so water immediately started pooling when we turned on the shower. “Very nice room and property. Stylish and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and found the food to be decent, but portions small and not particularly exciting or noteworthy dishes and flavours. Breakfast was better - a great buffet spread with plenty to choose from.”
