Horrible place, heater/ac unit did not work. Holes and falling ceiling above shower. None of the soap/lotion dispensers worked. No customer service. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Elevators worked intermittently. 👎👎👎

The room was clean. The customer service was excellent. I witnessed the staff give two men a ride to where they needed to go because Lyft was going to charge to much. Breakfast could have been better. They offered waffles, cereal, toast . Only complaint was, I ask for a handicap room, had I known ...
