“Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed. Tijdens mijn verblijf is mijn nieuwe koffer beschadigd geraakt, en dit is door het hotel niet naar tevredenheid opgelost....

“O hotel é excelente, os funcionarios são muito educados e gentis, prestativos e amorosos. O nosso quarto era enorme, muito confortavel. O unico problema é que a água quente não estava funcionando no nosso quarto, mas temos certeza que isto foi algo pontual e facil de se resolver. Adoramos o hotel e recomendamos a todos.”

“Room clean and had everything you need and more …. Had a full candy dish and Nespresso machine! They gave baskets of water and cakes at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was about 1 km from Medina but nice clean safe area and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for Uber. Highly recommended! ”

Zimmer sind nicht nur sehr geräumig, sondern auch liebevoll und extrem stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegen eingebettet in einer wundervoll gepflegten Grünanlage mit einem wirklich eindrucksvollen Pool, etwas abseits vom Stadtzentrum. “The rooms are spacious and kept clean - We noticed this as soon as we checked in. Staff were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end and the location is perfect if heading towards the mall or into the medina area. Food places and shops very close by in the mall. Staff downstairs always helped get a taxi and even negotiate a fair and trusted price for us each time. Very happy that I stayed at the Radisson Blue in Marrakech will definitely be returning! Until then.”

“Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time....
