The room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfy, the bathroom was spotless as was the room itself, we had tea and coffee making facilities, there was plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, just perfect. A quick visit to Tiverton on the way home from a few days in Bideford to see the Grand Western Canal and assess the potential for a future longer visit. Overall, facilities, food and staff excellent, decor a little tired. Free parking on site a major advantage. Room comfortable, but no USB ports provided to charge phones etc. However, will definitely consider coming back at a later date. "
