"Firstly the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made you feel comfortable. The staff that make up your room each day work so hard and they are so lovely. The breakfasts were not the best in fact I was surprised by some of the reviews stating how good it was. I felt there was a lot of penny pinching here at this hotel like even asking for an extra towel was like oh no.. They advertise a pool bar but dont use it, why??. The silly thing is they would of earned a lot more money from customers buying drinks there. I come to Siem Reap quite often and wanted to try this Hotel out. Its nice but we only really stayed here to use pool bar."

"This place is absolutely amazing. I am a world Traveler stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and this hotel has perhaps the best service I have experienced anywhere in the entire world. Everybody here greets you with a smile they are warm and they are friendly if you should sneeze they run to you with a Kleenex if you even think that you will need something they bring it to you in advance. My congratulations to one of the best trained staff I have seen anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is amazing beautifully done while maintaining some of the amazing culture of Cambodia."

"If you are visiting Siem Reap, please stay at the Golden Temple! The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel has airport transport for a reasonable price. The pool, the spa, and the dining room are wonderful amenities. This was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I travel regularly. The hotel is very close to the night market and Angkor Wat. It is perfect!"

"It was lovely . The staff were attentive from day 1 and always smiling . The pool is nice and the pool bar nice and well stocked . Near the centre with a £2tuk tuk including a good tip . Breakfast was great . Massive choice of cooked and continental and Asian . Crepes and eggs cooked fresh as you want ."

"Really beautiful, clean and serene place. The staff have the kindest hearts, from the restaurant team to the reception staff and everyone we met around the property. A special thanks to Sat at reception for such a warm welcome and for helping us with local information and arranging our restaurant bookings. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again."

"I would stay at Saem again. The hotel is immaculate. They put great care into maintaining the whole property. Pool is also very well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and showers were hot with excellent water pressure. The first night, our AC had issues and they were very responsive and fixed it quickly. Staff were all so hospitable and welcoming. Excellent experience"
