Niemals wieder dort einbuchen!!!
Hotel für 3 Personen für 3 Nächte gebucht.
Am Anreisetag Abends angekommen wurde mitgeteilt, dass Hotel nicht für 3 Personen in 1 Zimmer ausgestattet ist.
Vorschläge Hotel zur Lösung: Entweder 2 Personen nehmen das Zimmer und 1 Person sucht sich ein anderes Zimmer, oder das Zimmer wird komplett storniert und alle suchen sich ein anderes Hotel.
Die völlig überforderte Rezeption hatte keine Ideen um das Problem zu lösen und gab uns dafür noch die Schuld.
Vorschlag dann nach langer Diskussion: ein weiteres Zimmer buchen, zu einem Preis, der pro Nacht doppelt so hoch gewesen wäre als der vorab bei Expedia gezahlte!!!
„Hotelmanager“ war natürlich nicht zu sprechen!!
Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung- riesengroße Frechheit!!
Zum Hotel:
-Lage: recht zentral zum Nightmarket, aber direkt neben Partyhostel. Schallschutz bedingt vorhanden (mit Ohrenstöpsel geschlafen)
- Im Eingangsbereich wurde während des Aufenthalts ein ATM errichtet, was Baulärm, Staub + Schmutz zur Folge hatte. Die Sonnenliegen des Swimmingpools wurden als Werkbank benutzt, d.h. liegen am Pool nicht möglich.
-Pool: aufgrund Bauarbeiten war alles eingestaubt und ein Schwimmen sehr unangenehm. Zudem liegt dieser zur Straße + Partyhostel.
- Kostenloser Flughafentransfer (eigentlich inklusive) nicht möglich
Zimmer:
- sehr großzügig (Platz für 3 eigentlich möglich)
- modern
- TV funktionierte nicht
- 1 Handtuch vorhanden
- Bettdecke hatte Flecken
- Kakerlake im Zimmer
- kein Safe

ナイトマーケットまで徒歩10分。立地はまあまあ。
部屋は清潔で朝食付きでこの価格は安いです。
プールはありますが、小さくて10日間宿泊しましたが入ってる人はいませんでした。
