I spent terribel days because of this hotel.
I reserved this hotel. I read many reviews. I chose this hotel.
I reserved 5 star, good location, and good review, good service hotel
But This hotel bring us terrible different hotel.
They said it’s Upgrade. I said yes.
I thought , it’s same hotel.
But they deceive me. They bring my family different terrible hotel.
That hotel is far from main street.
Every TukTuk drivers didn’t know that hotel.
It’s hard to come back to hotel.
In the night, TukTuk driver tried to find this hotel over 30 minutes.
Around this hotel was very dark.
My family were very scared, My niece cried.
Also My travel guide didn’t find hotel, also.
Even, This hotel don’t have name at the door.
the hotel that we stayed was terrible.
The hotel is not clean. The hotel room have many bugs.
I hate bugs. Almost 100 bugs in my room, and bathroom.
I called 4 times. They got rids of bugs. I hated that room and bathroom.
I paid almost 900 dollors for 3 nights. but it was terrible.
I want my 50% money back.
Why is it Upgrade???
Just big room is Upgrade??
