"The ac in our room was not working properly. Our neighbors next door had ac that functioned very well. The rooms were very different. Ours had an extremely high ceiling which I suspect made it difficult to cool down. Fortunately, we were there in May and the outside temps were comfortable. Every night we slept with the windows open in order to keep the room cool. That was ok but the street noise was a problem. This was an expensive room. It would be completely unbearable in the heat of the summer. Our fault for not letting the staff know after that first night. We didn’t relish the idea of relocating so just let it drop."
