We have stayed in a Candlewood Suites in Bluffton, SC and we loved it, and we were so happy to see that the level of service, cleanliness, and commitment to their customers was the same across multiple states, having now stayed in Arizona! Our room was so clean and spacious! We had extra linens in room for our pull out couch, the AC worked AMAZING and kept our room cool and refreshing, and the entire hotel smelled clean and was very inviting! The bed was soooo comfortable and the bathroom products were amazing as well (Dove products) We will definitely be returning to this location, as well as making sure to book Candlewood Suites in our future vacations no matter what state! We appreciate the customer service and level of hospitality so much.

Would have given a better review if... 1.) it were clear on you reservation page that housekeeping is only one a week 2.) if housekeeping had actually shown when scheduled 3.) if the jacuzzi had been operational We do appreciate that fresh bath linens were available daily at the front desk and that basic kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) were included. I would stay here again.

Nice Place with noisy rooms

we stayed just one night. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly..The room was clean, the mattress in good shape. However, The pillows were way too soft. The refrigerator and heating/cooling unit were extremely noisy. These two items made a peaceful nights sleep impossible.

This was an amazing experience! Staff was probably the friendliest I have ever experienced, hotel was super clean, bed was so comfortable and everything I needed to feel at home while away from home was right there for me! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! Hands down!

Business trip. Room was clean and quiet. Wifi was slow, but I didn't have too much work to do on my computer. Furniture was worn; there was a cover on the desk chair. Overall, good for a quick visit. I would stay here again.
