The hotel’s historic building is a treasure. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately during our stay the elevator was not working, the restaurant was closed (indefinitely?), the bar was closed due to a ceiling leak from an upstairs room and the ice machine was broken. The staff was able to give me ice.

Beautiful historic hotel. Restaurant, bar, and elevator were all closed. I did not appreciate that they allow ghost seekers and history buffs to not only come into lobby but also up all levels of the building. Some were respectful; others plain rude, loud - swearing and telling guests and desk clerk that they would never stay in this f@@ haunted place. Did not appreciate them and took away from our experience of a beautiful old historic hotel. Room was clean. Our party had 3 rooms and two of them were mixed up but corrected. Clean room. I would recommend the hotel. Hopefully these problems can be fixed.

The family was excited to stay at the Copper Queen Hotel. Really easy check in and out, staff was super nice. But, the beds in our room were not comfortable at all, which made for a sleepless night.
