Good for price

It's a bit tired compared to the photos but staff are friendly and trustworthy. Location is 5 min walk to Serendipity beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Pool is nice addition.

Nice hotel

Location is good close to the lion roundabout and the beaches and their restaurants. Room is big, but simple and worn. No shower curtain. Swimming pool and its area is wonderful. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is too limited.

Dirty hotel - would not recommend

On arrival, the hotel room smelt of damp and was full of mosquitoes. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Unable to get into the safe as the wardrobe door was broken. In the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down, there was rotting pipes underneath the sink and the bath/shower was vile. Only stayed for one night and was so pleased to be checking out.

Altro che 4 stelle, lasciate perdere!

Non riesco a capire chi o cosa abbia mai potuto dare 4 stelle a questo hotel... inerpicato in una stradina buia e sterrata, la reception misera poteva anche passare, ma una volta entrati in stanza... lenzuola macchiate e usurate, la porta finestra di ingresso non si chiudeva perfettamente consentendo l''ingresso di insetti, il soffitto presentava vistose crepe e macchie di umidità con muffa, le ante dell'armadio non si aprivano, la cassaforte non era fissata al muro, il bagno si presentava in condizioni igieniche e manutentive inaccettabili (il tubo del doccino era danneggiato e da questo usciva solo un rivolo d''acqua, mentre le vasca risultava del tutto inutilizzabile). Oltre a ciò, le ciabatte infradito messe a disposizione degli ospiti erano sporche. Per la prima volta, siamo letteralmente scappati!

価格に見合ったホテル

まず、地図に道がなくどこからホテルに入るのか分からなく、ホテル周辺をウロウロしました。分かりにくいからトゥクトゥクに乗せてもらうといいよ、とアドバイスを受け無事ホテル到着。一度着いて場所さえわかれば良い立地です。目印はコンビニ。 水回りの清潔さは欠けていると思います。 夜中になると水道から水が出ませんでした。 ホテルスタッフの対応はよく、プノンペンまでのタクシーチャーターも快く手配してもらいました。

Et flott mindre hotell som ligger i enden av en stikkvei uten trafikk. Fin swimmingpool og grei standard på rommene. Kun noen minutter fra fergen til Koh Rong og til stranden med alle restauranter.

どこに行くにも便利

朝食がとても美味しい。指定した時間に部屋まで持って来てくれる。 残念なのはお湯がすぐにぬるくなってしまうこと。せっかくバスタブがあるのにあったまりません

The location ís good, being close to restaurants and shops, without the noise. The pool was good and large. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price was a tad higher than other local places.

short walk to the ferry.

Staff are available 24/7 and are very attentive. They are willing and able to do anything with a smile. Only down side is the water pressure in the shower. Lovely place with only 14 rooms, set back off a main road so not to noisy at night, fab swimming pool. No room service but you are close enough to minimarts and many great eating places. Would book again.

Dont stay here until fixed

This resort is very tired and so are the staff. Not worth the money , room a/c not working no hot water first night nobody to help with bags to room and you had to pick breakfast time and dishes when you check in and it cannot be changed if you have a late night and want to change time . Horrible experience dont stay here.

This hotel was less than satisfactory for my stay. One of the biggest reasons for this was cleanliness. Towels were stained to the point where I wasn't even sure if they'd been washed, shower remained clogged and wound "flood" bathroom when we used it, toilet had stains all around the outside from lack of cleaning, and the breakfast you order for the next morning (while delicious) is always 30-40 minutes later than the time you write down. This was extremely frustrating when we had plans booked for the next morning as we were always scarfing down our food before leaving. We tried mentioning it but staff know little English and they just smile and laugh as if it erases the problem...SO annoying. The room was in poor condition overall, lots of holes in the ceiling (like why????) and you had to watch tv from the couch, but ours was so stained and used that we would Line it with towels. The pool area was thankfully up to par. Great to relax at for the day..no onsite bar or menu to order from though.

Fint og avslappende opphold. Flott basseng og ledige solstoler. Savnet restaurant og bar på hotellet. Frokost ok. God variasjon, bestilles dagen før til din valgte klokke. Den ble levert til veldig ca. tid. Veldig hyggelig personale.

Siisti hotelli lähellä yöylämää

Hotelli oli siisti. Asiakaspalvelu loistavaa. Uima-allas ja koko hotelli alue mukava. Hotellin sijainti on myös hyvä, jos haluaa olla lähellä ravintoloita ja baareja. Mutta läheisyys tuo myös ongelmia. Baarista kantatuva jumputus kuului klo 3 asti yöllä. Joten jos et nuku sikeästi, tämä paikka ei ole sinulle. Wifi yhteys myös oli todella surkea. Kuten myös suihku. Lämmintä vettä ei juurikaan tullut ja vedenpaine oli surkea.
