Reserved a king handicap accessible one bedroom suite and upom check in found we had been given a regular 2 queen room. Was told that there is no guantantee when you reserve and its expedia's fault but yet also the day shift person who assigned rooms. Took an available 2 queen handicap room and got everything carried in to find the door lock didnt work. We packed up and moved again to another 2 queen hadicap room. Room not as clean or as good of shape as the 2 previous. Laundry room dirty, machines left a mess from other guests. Had to wash clothes twice because of filth in machines. Pool very small, occupancy of 10 max per sign. Was told the manager would be contacted and compensation would be requested which we agreed would be acceptable. We were charged full price and no one made the follow up call to us as we were told would happen. The positive points were the room refrigerators, courtyard with grill and few kind staff. We travel multiple times a year and stay in a variety of places. This is the worst experience we have had and the first time i have written a review on any of our stays. We would have moved hotels but unfortunately everything was booked up. My advice to others looking at this hotel is to read the fine print that says you should call the hotel directly to verify your room booking and not expect any follow up or resolution on issues.
