"The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm."

"YKC Farms and Villa is an excellent resort for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay there. Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and promptly deliver whatever we needed. Every request was met with a broad smile, humility, and a willingness to help. A special shout-out to Rohit and Shyam, who looked after us so thoughtfully and ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and grateful for such exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind amidst nature and experience heartfelt service."
