"Clean and polite atention"

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

Bed was very comfortable and the pillow was so good it had me literally dreaming of ordering one to bring back to NZ! We would stay here again if back in Beijing - such good value for what it cost us."

"A little shabby, but good sized rooms. Air on was terrible, room constantly at 29*C with AC set at 16* Pool too cold to swim for us and jacuzzi was bubbleless. Gym well equipped. Good shops and food outlets within the building. Avoid the Peking duck place though! Staff helpful and pleasant and some nice decor touches. A good base to explore from. Theres a great cafe tucked up a side street that is great quality and really cheap!"
