“Allowed to check in early and store luggage which really helped!”

“I reserved here last-minute due to the airport closure in Catania; the rooms are upstairs behind a blank door with an intercom. The only interaction with the property is by that intercom or by WhatsApp. No personal contact whatsoever. Room was big, bright, completely undecorated but for a large chandelier. Very sparse toiletries supplies. Location is good, although uphill, for the main pedestrian streets. Breakfast is a voucher good at a nearby chain cafe, but only for a coffee and pastry,...

“Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in.”

“The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk.
