"Quietest hotel stay I've had in a long time. Room clean and comfortable"

"The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not the problem. "

"Hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming—which feels rare these days. The hotel was spotless, even with renovations happening. The room was perfect and very quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options, everything well stocked, and plenty of tables (a huge plus). The only small critique would be the mattresses—they were very comfortable but very springy, and I could feel the bounce when my daughter moved in her sleep. I wonder if the mattress was brand new? Overall, a fantastic stay and one we’d happily repeat."
