"We stayed in a 3-bedroom penthouse unit, and while the space was large, the overall experience was disappointing. The unit was not clean or properly maintained. We found numerous ants in the master bedroom, a damaged door, a leaking shower enclosure, and a malfunctioning shower head. Despite reporting the shower issue and requesting a repair, it was never fixed. There were no in-unit laundry facilities, no meaningful amenities, and no parking available within the building. To make matters worse, the building is reportedly involved in a lawsuit related to construction quality issues. Housekeeping services were also limited—you can only request a bedsheet change every three nights, which is unreasonable for a property averaging over $450 per night. Guests are not even allowed to use the seating area in the main entrance lobby because it is reserved exclusively for permanent residents. For the price charged, the level of service, maintenance, and overall guest experience falls far below expectations. I would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with young children."
