"Nice for kids overall "

"Despite its massive size, the hotel is very well maintained & has all the facilities a family could want. They have a restaurant, although it really caters for buffet spreads & large groups of guests, not so much for smaller, a la carte orders for couples, although the lounge & bars do have an adequate menu to supplement."

"Room was spacious and clean. Have living room with Nespresso coffee maker, bar fridge, electric kettle. Had a large balcony with view of ocean which was nice and the a/c was nice and cool. Had a 3rd floor room (highest) which was nice but no elevator to get up there - especially with luggage. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast so cannot comment on it. Dislikes: light switch combo did not separate sleep area with living area (either all on or off) - maybe had to reprogram the remote(?). Could have refilled the coffee pods daily. Had and paid for 3 people but only got 2 large bath towel daily. Minor issues and would not stop me from staying here again. "

"This hotel feels like its older in terms of interior and design, the space between beds are tighter, and interior also quite dated. Bathroom also quite small. Cleanliness is ok. And the power switch to put in our adaptor didnt work very well. Only good thing is we get the ocean view right in front of us with our window. Overall just decent but not fantastic."

"I didn't expect the breakfast but it was really good! All vegetable and foods were fresh and delicious. Parking space was enough and cleaned room. "

"Great for families with kids. A self-contained destination with lovely surroundings. The hotel is connected to the theme park, mall and a variety of food options. "

"Gold One is a very nice boutique hotel located on south shore about one hour drive from Jeju airport. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and elegant, spacious bathrooms. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was comprehensive with made to order steak and eggs. Parking for our rental car was free and easy. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice. The trail from the hotel through the Secret Garden was an unexpected highlight. The location was reasonably central for touring sites to the west and east but travel is slow due to speed cameras on most roads."
